This CD contains eight original tracks of sacred music with contemporary prayers, litanies of Loreto and Marian songs with Pope Benedict XVI reads and sings songs and prayers accompanied by the choir of 'Accademia Filarmonica Romana live in the Basilica of San Pietro, Monsignor Pablo Colino, Master Emeritus of the Basilica. The famous Royal Philharmonic Orchestra accompanies all the songs specially commissioned with a recording session that took place in the legendary Abbey Road Studios in London. Part of the proceeds of the disc will go to music education of poor children around the world.
